Project Overview
One City Park is a state-of-the-art, landmark new office development, providing 56,403 sq ft (5,240 sq m) of Grade A office space, delivered on the former police headquarters site in the heart of Bradford City Centre.
Designed by Sheppard Robson and project managed by Turner & Townsend, it represents the first high-quality, sustainable, and modern workspace to be delivered in Bradford in over 20 years.

As a premium, sustainable office development, the building required furniture, fixtures, and fittings of an equally high standard to support modern hybrid working practices. Working closely with the lead designer, WeSpace sourced and installed a curated selection of reception and lounge soft seating, breakout, collaboration and dining tables, chairs, banquette seating, and lighting—enhancing both the functionality and design quality of the space..
