Allegro is the first development of its kind in Birmingham — a premium build-to-rent destination that seamlessly blends modern city living with lifestyle-led amenities.
Located at Exchange Square, it occupies a prime position between Birmingham’s business district and retail quarter, just minutes from New Street Station and directly opposite the Curzon Street HS2 terminal, placing residents at the centre of the city’s future growth.
Designed to redefine the rental experience, Allegro offers thoughtfully curated communal spaces where residents can connect, work and unwind. From collaborative lounges to flexible workspace settings, every area has been created to foster community while supporting contemporary urban lifestyles.
As part of this landmark development, WeSpace was appointed to deliver the furniture across 3 floors of high-specification office and amenity spaces. The brief centred on quality, durability and design excellence, ensuring the interiors reflect the premium nature of the scheme while enhancing functionality and comfort.
The result is a cohesive, design-led environment that complements Allegro’s forward-thinking vision for city living.
Products Provided
The furniture package included lounge and reception soft seating, bespoke booths, dining tables and chairs, decorative lighting, artwork and accessories, as well as planters and integrated planting to enhance the biophilic feel of the space.
In addition, WeSpace delivered fully equipped back-of-house areas, including workstations, ergonomic task seating and secure locker storage, ensuring operational functionality matched the high-spec aesthetic of the resident-facing amenities.
