Project Overview
The Grand Hotel Birmingham reopened in 2021 following an extensive £50 million restoration, breathing new life into the Grade II listed Victorian building after it had been closed for nearly 20 years. The project, meticulously restored the French Renaissance exterior and iconic Grand Ballroom while transforming the interior into a luxurious 185 room hotel with modern amenities.
