Project Overview
Ship Canal House is a Grade II listed landmark, prominently positioned on King Street — one of Manchester’s most prestigious office and retail destinations.
Following an extensive refurbishment of the building, the final flourish has been the redesign and fit-out of the reception within this historic flagship property. The transformation sensitively balances heritage and modernity, enhancing the building’s architectural character while introducing a contemporary arrival experience befitting its prime location.
The result is a reception space that honours the building’s legacy while elevating its presence for today’s occupiers and visitors.
