King Street

Project Overview

82 King Street in Manchester is a Grade I listed building, formerly the Manchester branch of the Bank of England, designed by Charles Robert Cockerell between 1845 and 1846. Located in the city's premier financial district, this Neoclassical, Classical-style, and stone-built structure now functions as part of a 13-storey office and retail development completed in 1996.

Fast forward to 2026 – The building has recently undergone a major refurbishment, beginning with the ground floor reception and basement facilities, followed by comprehensive upgrades to the workspaces throughout the rest of the building.
